VEGETABLE BROTH
100% natural, our broth is composed of 90% vegetables and herbs and 10% Guérande PGI salt and a mixture of peppers. A selection of old, seasonal vegetables, grown without chemical treatments before and after harvest (each month the taste and composition changes according to the harvests). It is in our small laboratory that the vegetables are prepared and dehydrated at low temperature in order to preserve a maximum of flavors and benefits.
